WHY WE EXIST?
Our driving purpose is to create a legacy resource for the current and future generations of firefighters & first responders.
We speak with operational first responders, Leaders & subject matter experts from our sector as well as cover incident debriefs which look at incidents where lives were lost lives and lessons were learnt
The firefighter's podcast was created in the hope that we can grow an environment where the status quo is to lift up, appreciate & celebrate our brothers and sisters on the front line. Acknowledging, unwrapping and drawing lessons from how they have tested their internal fortitude and resilience through open and frank dialogue.
